This episode caused me to sign up for this newsletter. Mr. Robb's analysis dovetails, to many degrees, to the work of Katherine Austin Fitts and even some commentary of John McAfee. But---some questions. As to a "digital bill of rights" in the United States---what is the path to it? A convention of the states, as is required by the constitution of the United States? Should conventions be called for in the individual states of the union in order to add them to state constitutions first? If personal data can be defined as the real property, (as opposed to personal), of the individual shall it be set forth in statutory law? (At state or federal level or both?) Is there common law to build a foundation upon for the concept? What does Mr. Robb think of the "dissent" using Linux based systems and Tor? Does technology such as McAfee's "ghost phone" actually work? What is the extent of his knowledge on technological and legal matters on the apparent struggle between Amazon and Microsoft for the cloud contract for the Joint Enterprise Defense Infrastructure? (This was addressed to some degree generally, but not specifically) What will be the ramifications, if any, of the technology of Space Explorations Technologies, Inc. for military purposes?
